Does God appreciate that you love art?
For surely art is something you possess;
Material and tangible, unless
It's just the sight of such which lifts your heart?
And drawing boundaries, where is one to start?
For surely God would not refuse to bless
Aestethic beauty, as yourself, princess?
So why not canvas, stone or suchlike part?
Well let's assume He doesn't really mind
If you appreciate an oil painting
Or visit galleries from time to time
But disapproves if ever He should find
You'd rather own a manuscript than sing;
Or see some sort of art in planning crime.
